The airport premises are designed to provide the necessary facilities to all users, as established in the National Building Standards – Architectural Adaptation for People with Disabilities, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Adaptations are found in elevators, phone booths, parking lots, restrooms, access ramps, etc.

If wheelchairs are required, passengers must request them at their airline’s counter.

Customer Care personnel are trained to provide customized services to all passengers and others who need assistance.



:: EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Emergency medical services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through the following organizations:
- Sanidad Aérea (Air Health): An organization under the Ministry of Health, which provides free medical services to passengers. It is located in the domestic arrivals area, on the first level.
- Clave Médica: Medical services with ambulances for emergency transportation.
Further information is available at the Customer Care counters located in the international arrivals area on the first level, and also at Peru Plaza, on the second level.
