arrivals area, before the terminal exits, to assist passengers with

R: Upon arrival of the next flight from your destination, go to your
airline counter, contact airline personnel, and they will direct you
to the Customs room to pick up your baggage.

airline personnel by phone before going to the appropriate airline

two hours before the departure time of your flight. In this case,

R: If the reason for missing the flight is considered as grounds for
a refund of the TUUA, go to the airline counter to obtain a TUUA refund
form, fill out the form and take it to at the Airport Head Office,
located in the main hall, behind the escalators.

R: You must present a notary’s permit, a consular permit or
a permit from the juvenile judge, a passport or a birth certificate
